FY 2010 Initail H-1B Cap Filings Continue
Today US CIS announced that it continues to accept H-1B cases against the cap. CIS reports that in the initial filing period 13,500 cases were received against the general cap and 5,600 petitions were filed against the 20,000 petition cap for holders of U.S. master's degrees or higher. This continues the trend from last year when H-1B visas were available into December.
