H-1B Visa Cap Met for Fiscal Year 2010
As of December 22, 2009, all H-1B visa numbers for fiscal year 2010 have been exhausted. For employers, this means that they must wait until April 1, 2010 to file for H-1B visas for their employees for next fiscal year, which begins on October 1, 2010.
