On January 30, the Foreign Policy Leadership Council of Greater Cincinnati hosted Madeleine Albright, former US Secretary of State, for an off-the-record discussion of US foreign policy. Joe Dehner, Chairman of the FPLC of GC, greeted Secretary Albright, and recognized that
when she was appointed as the 64th US Secretary of State, she became at the time the highest ranking woman ever to serve in the US Government.  The session took place at the Contemporary Arts Center in downtown Cincinnati.  Appearing in this photograph taken at the event are (from left): Newly elected Hamilton County Commissioner David Pepper, Secretary Albright, Joe Dehner, and Noel Julnes-Dehner.
